Une voiture de fonction représentant un avantage en nature mensuel d'une valeur de 525 Francs au premier janvier, est mise à la disposition de l'employé(e).

L'avantage en nature constitué par la mise à disposition du véhicule est accessoire au contrat de travail et lié au travail effectif. Le type de véhicule peut être changé à tout moment en fonction de la politique de la Société.

ARTICLE 9 : SECRET - OBLIGATIONS DE L'EMPLOYE(E)

L'employé(e) travaillera exclusivement au profit de l'employeur et ne pourra, ni pendant la durée de l'emploi, ni à une époque ultérieure, donner, procurer ou fournir, de quelque manière que ce soit, à une personne, firme, association ou société, le nom et l'adresse d'un quelconque des clients de la Société, ni aucun secret de la profession, ni des renseignements confidentiels concernant les affaires de la Société, les membres du personnel, sauf avec l'autorisation écrite de l'employeur.

L'employé(e) remettra à l'employeur, à la fin du présent contrat, tout rapport, dessin, documentation et correspondance, ainsi que tous matériels, outils et équipements qui ont été mis à sa disposition, y compris les cartes de crédit ou d'abonnement.

ARTICLE: BENEFITS IN KIND

A company car, representing a monthly benefit in kind valued at FF. 525 as of January 1, shall be placed at the employee's disposal.

The benefit in kind constituted by the vehicle's provision is incidental to the employment agreement and contingent upon actual performance. The type of vehicle may be changed at any time in accordance with Company policy.

ARTICLE 9: CONFIDENTIALITY - EMPLOYEE OBLIGATIONS

The employee shall work for the sole benefit of the employer and may not, neither during the term of employment nor at any time thereafter, provide, procure or supply, in any fashion whatsoever, to any person, firm, association or company, the name and address of any of the Company's clients, nor any trade secret, nor any confidential information concerning the business of the Company or the members of its staff, without the employer's written consent.

Upon termination of this agreement, the employee shall return to the employer all reports, designs, documentation and correspondence, as well as all materials, tools and equipment placed at his or her disposal, including any subscription or credit cards.

    • une lame de substrat transparent (2) ;
    • au moins une première électrode (3) transparente, présentant au moins une zone de prise de contact électrique 4 déposée su une première face (11) de la lame de substrat (2) ;
    • deux couches d'isolant (5 et 6) enserrant une couche électroluminescente (7), déposées sur la lame de substrat (2) et la première électrode (3), présentant au moins une entaille (8) donnant accès aux zones de prise de contact électrique (4) de l'électrode (3) ;
    • au moins une seconde électrode (9) transparente, présentant au moins une zone (10) de prise de contact électrique, les surfaces respectives de la première (3) et de la deuxième électrode (9) en regard les unes des autres définissant les formes des libellés des informations visualisées par l'écran.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte de plus un couche opaque déposée dur la seconde électrode (9) et dont la surface est définie par le libellé des informations destinées être vues par contraste inversé.

    • at least a second transparent electrode (9), presenting at least one electric contact area (10), with the respective surfaces of the first (3) and second electrodes (9) defining the shape of the captions of the information displayed by the screen.
  6. A device according to claims 4 and 5, characterized in that it also includes an opaque layer placed on the second electrode (9) whose surface is defined by the caption of the information to be viewed by reverse contrast.
